Aggressive Grinding, a small US family owned business (President Lester Sutton at left) has bought four new Usach 100-T4 multi-spindle CNC ID/OD grinding machines from another small US family owned business (President Giacomo Antonini at right). The machines will be delivered in 2012 and the order will create new jobs at both companies - once again small businesses creating well-paying jobs in the US.

New Year - A Good Start!

Once again, Usach's production machines have been chosen by the automotive industry. Following GM North America's award of a multi-million dollar contract last year, an even larger order has just been awarded to us by GM's Chinese partner. This large order is for high production machines to simultaneously grind ID's and OD's of transmission shafts. This order was won against strong competition from Germany demonstrating that we successfully compete against our well established European competition!

A Cute Story!

We recently delivered a Usach 100 grinder in Virginia where the epicenter of the recent east coast earthquake was located. The machine operator told us he literally hit the "go button" on a grinding cycle as the earthquake started. He was very proud to tell us that the Usach 100 performed flawlessly and the part was perfect despite the turmoil.

Neither rain nor sleet nor earthquake stops a Usach grinder from doing its job!!

Large Automotive Order

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a multi-million dollar contract to manufacture special grinding machines to grind the inside and outside diameters of a new transmission shaft. In addition to the machines, we will also grind prototype parts on a specially outfitted in-house machine.

Usach is very proud of this order awarded by the "new GM" which we won against foreign manufacturers. This order will add jobs in our assembly department as well as provide added work to our supplier base.

The machines will be delivered in late 2012 with the potential of more machines in 2014.
